ServIndy – Privacy Policy
Last Updated: December 10, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Tech G Labs LLC (“Tech G Labs LLC,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use
the ServIndy mobile application, website at servindy.com, and related services
(collectively, the “Service”).
ServIndy is a job pairing gateway that connects service and hospitality professionals
(for example, bartenders, servers, cooks, security, bands, and related roles) with bars,
restaurants, venues, hotels, event companies, and other establishments that are hiring.
ServIndy facilitates introductions, communication, and discovery of work opportunities,
but does not hire workers, set wages, schedule shifts, process payroll, or act as an employer of record.
All hiring decisions and working arrangements are made directly between professionals and establishments.
By creating an account or using ServIndy, you agree to the collection and use of your information
in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
-
Account information. When you register, we may collect information such as your
email address, phone number, date of birth (or confirmation that you are at least 18), username,
password or authentication tokens, and account type (for example, service professional, band, or establishment).
-
Profile information – professionals and bands. As a professional or band, you may provide:
a profile photo, work history, professional role (e.g., bartender, server, cook, bouncer, band, etc.),
skills, certifications and licenses, years of experience, typical rates or compensation preferences,
availability (for example, nights/weekends, part-time, full-time, on-call, or gig-based),
languages spoken, education, links to social or music profiles (such as Instagram, YouTube, Spotify),
videos that showcase your work, your approximate location (such as city or area), and any other
information you choose to include in your profile (such as a short bio, hobbies, and preferences).
-
Profile information – establishments. As an establishment, you may provide:
business name, business type (for example, bar, nightclub, restaurant, food truck, venue, hotel,
event company), business location and contact details (such as phone and website),
roles you are hiring for (e.g., bartenders, servers, cooks, barbacks, door staff, security, etc.),
hiring notes or requirements, typical shifts or schedule needs, pay ranges or compensation descriptions
you choose to share, links to your website or social profiles, and any additional details you add
to describe your business and hiring needs.
-
Content and communications. We process content and metadata generated when you use the Service,
including the profiles you view, swipes and “handshakes” or other connection signals you send,
saved favorites, job-related interests you express, in-app messages and attachments (such as photos, videos,
or links) exchanged with other users, and notes or tags you add about candidates or establishments
where such features are available.
-
Support and feedback. If you contact us (for example, for support, feedback, or questions),
we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you include in your communication.
-
Payment-related information. If you purchase subscriptions or paid features
(for example, tools offered to establishments or professionals), payments may be processed
by app stores (such as Apple) and/or third-party payment processors. We receive limited information
related to your transactions (such as receipt identifiers, transaction amounts, and status),
but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
-
Device and usage data. We may automatically collect information about the device
and software you use to access the Service, such as device type, operating system version,
unique device identifiers, app version, language, IP address, and mobile network information.
-
Log data. We may record information when you use the Service, including
access times, pages/screens viewed, taps and interactions, connection or “handshake” activity,
crash reports, and other diagnostic or performance data.
-
Approximate location. We may collect approximate location information
(for example, derived from your IP address or device settings) to help surface more relevant
local connections between professionals and establishments and to detect potential fraud or spam.
-
Cookies and similar technologies. Our website and certain parts of the Service may
use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to help operate the Service, remember your settings,
and measure engagement.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
-
Sign-in providers. If you sign in with a third-party service (such as Apple),
we may receive information required to authenticate you (such as identifiers, email, or display name),
subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
-
Service providers and partners. We may receive limited information about you from
analytics providers, security and fraud prevention services, customer support tools, or other vendors
helping us operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
-
To operate and provide the Service. For example, to create and manage your account;
build and display your profile; help professionals and establishments discover each other;
surface relevant job candidates and opportunities; enable “handshakes,” matches, and in-app messaging;
and support other core features of ServIndy’s job pairing gateway.
-
To maintain safety and integrity. We use information to detect and prevent spam,
fraud, abuse, violations of our Terms, attempts to misuse the Service (including discrimination,
harassment, or scams), and other harmful or illegal activity.
-
To personalize your experience. We may use profile and usage data to suggest
more relevant professionals, establishments, and work opportunities, adjust the ordering of results,
and tailor what you see within the app based on your location, preferences, and activity.
-
To communicate with you. We may send you service-related emails or notifications,
such as account confirmations, security alerts, product updates, and notifications related to
messages, handshakes, or other activity on your account.
-
To improve the Service. We analyze usage and performance data to understand
how the Service is used, diagnose issues, fix bugs, and develop, test, and launch new features
or enhancements that support professionals and establishments.
-
To support payment and subscription management. We use transaction-related information
to manage access to paid features or subscriptions, detect potential payment fraud, and maintain
accurate records.
-
To comply with legal obligations. We may use your information as required by law,
regulation, legal process, or government request, and to enforce our rights and agreements.
-
For other purposes with your consent. Where applicable, we may use your information
for other purposes that we disclose at the time you provide consent.
3. How We Share Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
3.1 With Other Users
-
Information that you choose to include on your profile is visible to other users of the Service.
For example, professionals and bands may see establishment profiles (including business name,

that you choose to share).

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service,
fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
-
Profile and account information is generally retained while your account is active.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your profile information
from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, safety, or operational
obligations requiring longer retention (for example, preventing repeat abuse or complying with
record-keeping laws).
-
Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained
for analytics, business reporting, and service improvement.

You may delete individual pieces of content (such as photos or videos where supported),
edit your profile, or adjust what information you choose to share.
5.2 Account Deletion

If we send you marketing communications by email, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe

or the Service (for example, security alerts or important service updates).
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information
from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission
over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity
under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access or use the Service from outside

different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
8. Children and Minors
