ServIndy – Community Guidelines

ServIndy is a job pairing gateway for the service and hospitality industry. These Community Guidelines explain how we expect professionals, bands, and establishments to behave on the platform and in interactions that arise from it. They work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By using ServIndy, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or termination.

11. Relationship to Terms of Use

These Community Guidelines are part of your agreement with us and are incorporated into our Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.

12. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, the law, or our policies. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required.

Your continued use of ServIndy after an update becomes effective means you agree to the updated Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
